INFORMATION
ARHITECTURE
Our
interactive projects start with, and are informed throughout
by, a discipline called "information architecture."
Information architecture describes the process of integrating
all visual, textual, and functional elements to inform your
Website with a consistent, unified message to create just
the right user experience.
The
term indicates the analogy between our interactive project processes
and those processes undergone by building architects. Building
architects must not only be concerned with the formal aesthetics
of their structures, but also the physical concerns of construction
engineering, and, ultimately, the ergonomic concerns -- the
human factors of the visitors' experience throughout the building.
Interactive
projects at ACTERION emulate this creative and practical approach.
Our information architecture process draws a blueprint that
defines the overarching message of the site. Then we construct
the site according to plan with all the right complementary
materials -- branding and design, navigation, marketing and
instructional text, and applications and all technical functionality
-- to build a unified site or digital storefront that your customers
and partners will enjoy visiting.
